We connect how you like, either through virtually or in person.

Consultation

This is where your journey begins. During our session, I take the time to truly listen—to hear your story, your concerns, and your goals.

Prepare the meal plan+Deliver

After our session, I take time to thoughtfully prepare and deliver your personalized materials.

Assorted Food Plates

Meal Plan Adjustments

Your meal plan and nutrition strategy will be refined as your needs evolve — whether you’re noticing digestive shifts, energy improvements, or new symptoms emerging.

I meet you where you’re at—no pressure, no perfection. Together, we’ll build habits that feel sustainable and make sense for you, so you not only follow them, but truly understand and own them.

Lab & Symptom Monitoring

We may review updated lab results and revisit symptoms to help track your progress over time. Please note that this process is observational and educational in nature—no diagnoses will be made from conventional or non-diagnostic lab work. Our goal is to provide insight and guidance based on patterns and changes, not to replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

Herbs and Supplements

Supplement & Lifestyle

Supplement protocols are recommended and adjusted based on your current state, seasonal changes, or shifts in focus (e.g., hormone support, stress resilience, gut repair).

Continued Education

Each session may include additional resources, handouts, or tools to deepen your understanding of how food, stress, sleep, and movement work together in your healing process.

“The brain and the gut are in constant conversation. What affects one, affects the other.”
— Dr. Emeran Mayer, MD

Who do I work with?

I work with individuals and couples who are preparing for pregnancy or already expecting, offering nutritional guidance to support hormone balance, egg and sperm health, and the unique needs of each trimester for both parent and baby.

I guide individuals through hormonal imbalances—whether related to thyroid, adrenal, or reproductive health—by helping them understand how their food choices and digestion may be affecting the nutrients their body needs for hormonal balance.

Anyone experiencing bloating, irregular bowel movements, or pain/discomfort. We work together to support better digestion and nutrient absorption through personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies.

I work with individuals to improve insulin sensitivity, manage blood sugar, and support healthy weight loss or maintenance through personalized, macro-balanced nutrition. This includes support with individuals with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) by guiding them toward dietary and lifestyle changes that can reduce liver fat
